We are looking for an additional motivated new colleague who will support the further growth of our business in the role of a

Junior Transaction Officer

Your Main Tasks
  • Coordination with Investment Officers, Transaction Officers and Investees for obtaining and tracking various Constitutional, Legal, Financial and Regulatory documents.
  • Draft contractual documents such as promissory notes, loan agreements and waivers with assistance of Legal.
  • Support through continuous investment administration, i.e. cash flow statements and tracking, legal documents tracking, deal restructuring.
  • Liaise with Custody Bank for execution of disbursements.
  • Execute FX trades in deliverable and non-deliverable currencies.
Your Experience and Skills
  • Degree in economics, business administration, accounting or a related field from a recognized institution / University.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Back or Middle Office or in the financial environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Business proficient in English; any other additional language skills would be welcome.
  • Proven efficient, accurate, responsible and independent work style; able to work in close cooperation with team members across different geographies; enjoys a culturally diverse working environment.
  • Analytical mindset with strong organizational and planning skills which make it easy to stick to tight deadlines.
  • Interest in and enthusiasm for impact investments.
